Fantasy Book Cover Illustration – El Legado de Carnthalar

Full wraparound fantasy book cover illustration created for “El Legado de Carnthalar: Cuota de Sangre” by R. A. Paiva.

This project includes the complete front cover, spine, and back cover design, combining fantasy illustration, typography, and visual storytelling into one continuous composition.

I used a variety of Photoshop brushes to create a more vivid image. The book's color scheme was dictated by the author, who showed me several AI generations he liked. Initially, the book's composition was supposed to be completely different, but the author trusted my artistic vision and was very pleased with what I proposed.
Fantasy book covers are one of my favorite areas of illustration because they combine storytelling, worldbuilding, character design, and visual storytelling in a single image.

My goal was to create a sense of adventure, epic scale, magic, and discovery, while making the entire paperback cover feel like a single immersive world.
